RV Park Rules & Regulations

Rules & Regulations are in place to ensure we offer our guests a clean and safe environment to enjoy during their stay.

REGISTRATION/RESERVATION: All campers must register upon entering the park. Individuals renting campsites are responsible for ensuring compliance with all park rules and policies. 


CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check-in is at 12:00 pm. Earlier check in is allowed if the site is not occupied. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Failure to check-out by 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee of $10. If the site is open, there is a 3:00 pm check-out fee of $15, or a 6:00 pm check-out fee of $25. Extensions will be based on availability. 


FOR ALL DAILY/ WEEKLY/ MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Jeske RV Park to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any cost incurred while at the property and any outstanding balance not paid at the time of departure. No camper may assign/ transfer out (sublet) their trailer/campsite to another guest. 


Park use is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds for the discomforts of nature. NO rent refunds are allowed for shortened stays after check-in. 


MONTHLY RESERVATION: The monthly rent is due at check-in. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. Any guest that is late with rent will have a $5.00/day late fee until paid-in-full. If guests arrive mid-month, rates will be prorated accordingly. Electricity and internet will be charged monthly. There will be a required deposit for electricity and internet. 


SITE AND RIG APPEARANCE: Jeske RV park is a private park, and it reserves the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/ or condition. All units must be less than 10 years of age. Any rig over the age of 10 years old must be pre-approved by management. All sites must be kept neat and tidy at all times. If any guest fails or neglects to keep their site in a clean and orderly fashion, this will result in a written warning being issued. Should the guest not comply, a corrective action plan will be implemented; this includes but is not limited to a $25.00 site cleaning fee. 


Washing of any rig or vehicle must be approved by the office first and include a fee of $15.00, that must be paid to management prior to. 


STORAGE OF ITEMS AT CAMPSITE: Normal outdoor items such as grills, chairs and coolers are permitted outside of the unit, but storage of any other type of items is prohibited. If the guest does not keep their own spot clean and the park employees have to clean the area, this will result in a $25 clean-up fee. 


TRASH: Please help us keep our facility clean by using the trash dumpsters located on the property. Trash cans placed on an individual site is strictly prohibited. Do not leave trash laying on the ground on your site. LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DUMPSTERS. Do not dump any of the following: furniture, appliances, construction materials, dead fish or animals, cabinetry, auto parts, any type of oil or hazardous materials. Any guest found dumping anything other than ‘household trash’ in bags will result in a $25 fine per item/ per instance. 


OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are allowed ONLY in above ground pits or barbecue grills. No fires are to be on the ground. No fireworks. Campers should not bring, store, or light any fireworks on the property. 


PET POLICIES: We are pet friendly to friendly pets. Please do not bring pets that you believe could be dangerous or disorderly. Absolutely NO AGGRESSIVE pets allowed. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per visit, or if you are a monthly guest, there will be a $25 fee per month. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. Failure to do this will result in a fine of $25 for the first occurrence. After the first occurrence, the fine will be raised to $50 for each additional occurrence. On the fourth occurrence, the guest could face immediate park expulsion. There is a maximum of 2 pets per site. There is also a maximum weight limit of 30 lbs per dog. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE CATS. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times. No pets allowed in the office, restrooms, or laundry rooms. 


SEWER- TEXAS STATE LAW REQUIRES: All sewer hoses must be fastened using a threaded connector. All corrugated hoses must be supported to allow proper drainage and cannot be laid on the ground. Screwed-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all times. 




WIFI: Wifi is not guaranteed. We have complementary wifi for our guests, however your ability to connect to your device(s) is not guaranteed, nor is the speed going to TVs, gaming systems or other devices. Hardwired broadband internet will be available at each pedestal for a fee. If needing any technical assistance, please contact Tango Internet @ (801 919-8062). 


VEHICLES: All vehicles are to be parked in the designated areas only. Each campsite will be able to park up to 2 vehicles. Unknown vehicles will be subject to the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense. Mechanical work or any automotive repair is not allowed on the property. 




SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph. Speed limit signs are posted throughout the park and must be respected for the safety of all guests. 


QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am each day. Please be considerate of other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum. All non-residential guests must leave the park by 10:00 pm. 


BEHAVIOR: Aggressive, rude, inappropriate, sexually explicit behavior or language of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated. Doing this may result in immediate expulsion from the park. No loud or offensive music of any kind is allowed. We reserve the right to call law enforcement at any time. 


THEFT/LOSS/DAMAGES: Jeske RV park is NOT responsible for theft, loss or damages caused by others, weather, any natural occurrences or acts of God. Ownership and management assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for injury, accidents or losses of any kind. Guests should secure personal items in and around campsites, including vehicles for your protection. 


PARK PROPERTY: DO NOT CARVE, PAINT, MARK, BURN, or otherwise DEFACE any natural or manmade property within the park. Any guest who defaces, damages or destroys property or equipment of the park will be held liable for full replacement and/ or repair costs and will be evicted from the park immediately, including law enforcement action. 


FIREARMS: It is unlawful for any person to illegally possess, display or discharge a rifle, sidearm, shot gun, archery equipment, BB or pellet guns in the park. Doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the park. 


VISITORS: All visitors must check in at the office. 


NOTE: Jeske RV Park is a service-oriented business; therefore, we do not have a tenant nor landlord relationship with any of the guests. 





This property is privately owned. The guest signs with the understanding that this hereby releases the park, including its office and employees, of all liabilities for loss or damage to any property or injury to any person arising out of their use of the facilities and agrees to indemnify the park, including the office and employees, against claims resulting in loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of its park facilities.
